We work primarily with the LEAN method. In order to ensure low costs, we work with frequency studies, measurement of cycle times, flow optimisation, and balancing.
Our technicians carry out preliminary studies and analyse data to improve efficiency and identify proposals for change.
We have expertise in layout work, changes in flow, optimisation of processes, statistical methods and production systems.
We are looking to achieve quality-assured, trouble-free and effective production. The genuine dedication of all our technicians is our strength.
We have a close partnership with the University of Skövde and IDC.
