Improvement work

Continuous improvements, loss elimination and high quality are essential factors for Arkivator Machine Systems.

We work mainly based on the LEAN method and are well advanced in our work with 5S. We are looking to achieve high-quality, trouble-free and effective production. The dedication of our employees is our strength.

We have expertise in the optimisation of processes, statistical methods and production systems. We have recently undergone a change in our production layout that has doubled our production of less utilised areas than was previously the case. We have worked hard with visualisation and now have fully visual flows.

We guarantee the high quality ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification ensures!Our quality objectives are high. This is why we are certified according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001, which confirm and endorse our high targets as regards quality and environment in all stages.

Throughout the entire operation each employee can receive feedback on any problems and propose improvements. This is yet another demonstration of our proactive approach.
