Arkivator establishes itself in Ukraine

On June 7, 2012, Arkivator Holding AB, the parent company of Arkivator group, purchased shares representing 25% of Claesson Engineering AB. Claesson’s are experts in machining of small series and has operations in Sweden and Ukraine. The company forecasts a turnover of approximately 20 MSEK in 2012 (13 MSEK) and is expected to report EBIT of 2 MSEK (1.5 MSEK).
“Claesson Engineering is a welcome addition to the business area Arkivator Industry, which specializes in machining and has operations in Sweden, Hungary, China and now Ukraine. The partnership means that we further strengthen Arkivator Industry as a complete and leading supplier of machining in all dimensions and in small to large series,” says Anders Hultmark, CEO of Arkivator.
